Ingredients
- 1 scoop BariPro Mango Whey Protein
- 1 cup low-fat curd
- ½ fresh mango, chopped
- ½ cup cold water or ice
- Pinch of cardamom
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- Saffron strands to garnish
Method Blend mango, curd, BariPro Mango Protein, water and cardamom together until smooth and frothy. Add honey if desired. Pour into a tall glass and top with a few saffron strands. Serve immediately!
