Ingredients
- 1 scoop Double Chocolate Bariatric Protein Powder
- 1 small ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp butter or olive oil (for cooking)
- Fresh strawberries or banana slices for topping
Method
Mash the banana in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add eggs, Greek yogurt, and Double Chocolate bariatric protein powder, then whisk until well combined. Mix in oat flour and baking powder to create a smooth pancake batter.
Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and lightly grease with butter or olive oil. Pour small portions of the batter onto the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until fluffy and cooked through.
Top with fresh fruit and serve warm for a delicious high-protein breakfast.
