Protein Yogurt Fruit Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Strawberry Bariatric Protein Powder
  • 1 cup chilled Greek yogurt
  • ½ apple, diced
  • 4–5 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Method

In a bowl, combine chilled Greek yogurt with Strawberry bariatric protein powder and mix until smooth and creamy.

Top with diced apple, fresh strawberries, blueberries, chia seeds, and chopped almonds. Add a drizzle of honey if desired for extra sweetness. Serve immediately as a refreshing protein-packed breakfast or snack.
